Fluidized Bed Boiler

The Fluidized Bed Combustion (FBC) process is the process where fuel particles are suspended in a hot, bubbling fluidity bed of ash and other particulate materials( sand,limesatone etc.) through which jets of air are blown to provide the oxygen required for combustion or gasification.The resultant fast and intimate mixing of gas and solids promotes rapid heat transfer and chemical reactions within the bed.

FBC system fit into essentially two major groups, atmospheric systems (FBC) and pressurized systems(PFBC), and two minor subgroups, bubbling(BFB) and circulating fluidized bed (CFB).

FBC is particularly applicable to sugar,paper, food and feedmill industries.

BIOMASS BOILER SYSTEM

WATER TUBE BOILER

The main operating principle is Natural Water Circulation. Water flows through the tubes which are heated by surrounding hot gases. 

Oil-gas fired Water tube Boilers are used in many production fields such as sugar, confectionery, feed mills, rubber, paper, food, medical, etc. Oil & gas fired boilers have low thermal inertia, good load adjustment, so they are applied to manufacturing industries that require fast load changes and flexible load adjustment. Besides, with compact structure, low pollution, low noise, so oil-fired and gas-fired boilers can be used for production facilities near residential areas.

Chain Grate Steam Boiler

This burning process is similiar to the automatic stocker and quite useful for small capacity boilers ( below 40TPH capacity)

This usefulness was proved via the multi fuels flexibility that is automatically applied( i.e: fuel is able to be separated or mixed or be used  even with different sizes...)

The high efficiency and ease in operation and maintenance are also the strong points of this burning process.

This burning process can be combined with the boiler body design of Germany to creat the perfect product for the Users.

Liquid Fuel Fire Tube Boiler

These boilers are applied to facilities requiring lesser steam demand or with the use of cheap fuel.

Nowadays, these boilers are used in special cases with high hygiene requirement and small installation space.

This kind of boiler can be used  to supply the saturated steam or superheated steam at Low/High pressure

Boiler body structure: furnace tube,fire tube, 3 pass wet back, big volume of the combustion chamber, burning fully.

WATER HEATING BOILER

Fuel’s provided into the chamber, generate Thermal Energy. The water flows in the pipes, and is heated up to the setup temperature. After the water reached the temperature that has been set, the heated water will be provided to the factory manufacturing system and come back to the pump system, those water will be pumped to the Boiler Body again created the closed water circulation system.

The flue gas generated in the combustion chamber, after the heat being absorbed again by the heat exchanger system, the flue gas will be treated in the Flue Gas Treatment system and will meet the environmental standard before release into the environment.

The ash after being burned will be automatically discharged.

Water Heating Boiler system is usually used in those industries: Fuel Manufacturing, Plastic, Textile…

HEAT RECOVERY STEAM GENERATOR

A Heat Recovery Steam Gernerator (HRSG) unit is an energy recovery boiler that recovers heat from the hot gas steam with potetial high energy content of the Gas turbines or incinerator system.

The recovered steam will be used in Production Process ( low pressure) or Power Generation ( high pressure)
