DELIVERY COMPLETED – READY FOR THE NEXT STAGE

Following the design, manufacturing, and inspection process at Martech’s production facility, the 15.5 Gcal/h Thermal Oil Heater and 32 TPH Steam Boiler, together with their auxiliary systems, have officially completed delivery to a new textile manufacturing project in Phu Tho Province, Vietnam.

TECHNOLOGY TRANSFORMATION – OPTIMIZING ENERGY COSTS

Martech has implemented a project to replace an existing chain grate boiler system with fluidized bed technology for an industrial plant. The main scope includes a 20 TPH fluidized bed steam boiler at 10 barg, an 08 MKcal/h fluidized bed thermal oil heater, and related auxiliary systems.

OPTIMIZING THERMAL ENERGY FOR GLOVE MANUFACTURING

At a glove manufacturing plant in Binh Duong, Vietnam, Martech delivered a thermal energy system consisting of two 18 Gcal/h thermal oil heaters, equipped with chain grate combustion technology using Indonesian bituminous coal, together with three steam generators with a total capacity of approximately 6 TPH.

The project includes a 15.5 Gcal/h Thermal Oil Heater, a 32TPH Steam Boiler, and integrated auxiliary systems, engineered to provide a reliable supply of thermal energy and steam for a new textile manufacturing facility in Phu Tho Province, Vietnam.
