The fluidized bed thermal oil heater applies the principle of a fluidized bed combustion chamber, which increases the contact area between fuel and air, improves the combustion process, and enhances thermal efficiency. If the oil velocity is too low, it can lead to overheating and damage to the oil within the tubes. Conversely, excessively high oil velocity results in significant pressure losses, wasting pump power. Therefore, the oil flow velocity must be carefully calculated and considered based on oil properties, operational experience, and heat transfer characteristics in each specific area to achieve the most reasonable design velocity
